I think I'll add more. It's been forever and you guys deserve a new chapter.

Okay, adding the new chappie. I threw in a complete twist at the end, in which Pansy finally cracks. xD

[Chapter 18 - Sectumsempra]

“… and she didn’t even scream!” said Draco proudly.
Draco, Astoria and I were in the Room of Requirement, sitting on the floor beneath the Vanishing Cabinet and discussing the previous night.
“Wow,” said Astoria in awe, “You didn’t scream at all?”
I shook my head. “It was rather hard not to. I felt as if I was about to die. It was much worse than the Cruciatus Curse… not that I’d know what that feels like, but I can imagine.” I added with a frown.
“So then what happened?” asked Astoria after several moments of silence.
“Then the Dark Lord Apparated in.” said Draco.
“And what was his reaction to Melody?”
“I’m still here, aren’t I?” I snorted, “I suppose he was pleased, although he didn’t smile-”
“-Yeah, he doesn’t-”
“- but he said that I would make an excellent addition to the Death Eaters.” I finished with a heavy sigh and leaned my head on Draco’s shoulder.
“Have you told your parents?” Astoria asked quietly.
“How thick would she have been to tell them?!” exclaimed Draco incredulously, “They’re angry enough she went to my house, what would they think if she told them she got forced to be a Death Eater?!” Draco’s face fell into a guilty and sorrowful expression, “And it’s all my fault, too.”
I burst into tears, surprising even myself. “Don’t say… not your fault…” I wailed. Draco looked bewildered, but held me as I sobbed into his chest.
“It’s both of your faults, now get a grip, Melody.” snapped Astoria grimly. She got up and pulled the cabinet doors open. I gave one last sniffle and got to my feet.
Just as we were about to send a tweeting bird into the cabinet, there was a crash and a shriek from outside - Crabbe’s signal. We all froze, and Astoria put a silencing charm on the bird. I crept in between the piles of forgotten junk and pressed my ear against the door.
“Come off it, that was a direct order!” Potter was shouting. “Hm…” I heard him pacing and raced back to the spot where Draco and Astoria stood waiting in fear.
“Potter,” I snarled, “He knows.”



“It’s not working, Mel. And now your life is in danger, too.” Draco looked like he might cry. To save him the humiliation, I grabbed his hand and pulled him towards Moaning Myrtle’s bathroom.
“In here,” I whispered. Some fourth-years eyed us curiously but did not follow.
As soon as the door swung shut, Myrtle floated dreamily out of her cubicle.
“Oh, you’re back!” she exclaimed joyously at the sight of Draco. “But who’s she?” Myrtle pointed an accusing, translucent finger at me.
“My girlfriend,” said Draco indifferently. Myrtle looked significantly disappointed and shot me a nasty look.
Draco leaned on a sink and started sobbing, his head bowed. I stood by his side, unsure of what to do. Myrtle came swooping down on us.
“Don’t…” she crooned in an annoyingly whiney voice, “Don’t… tell me what’s wrong… I can help you…”
“You can’t help me,” said Draco, his whole body shaking now, “And I can’t do it… I can’t… it won’t work… and unless I do it soon, he’ll kill me, Astoria, and Melody…”
I reached out to pull Draco into a hug but suddenly, upon glancing into the cracked mirror, Draco spun around, whipping out his wand as he did so. I turned and gasped; Potter was standing in the doorway.
And then it was mayhem - spells flying everywhere; sinks and lamps shattering- there was water flooding the tile floor; Myrtle was screaming. I was frozen where I stood, petrified with fear as I watched the duel.
Potter fell to the ground. Draco shouted, “Cruci--”
“SECTUMSEMPRA!” bellowed Potter, waving his wand wildly.
Blood spurted from Draco’s face and chest; he staggered backwards and collapsed on the flooded tile, his wand falling limp in his hand. I screamed and rushed to Draco’s side, kneeling on the ground where a pool of his blood had already formed.
“No-” Potter was saying over and over, now kneeling beside Draco as well. Myrtle was screaming, “MURDER IN THE BATHROOM!” and I was sobbing over Draco, who was shaking uncontrollably.
The door burst open and Snape rushed in. Pushing Potter roughly aside, he traced his wand over Draco’s deep wounds and muttered an incantation that sounded much like a song. After the third time doing this, he half-lifted Draco into a standing position, saying something about the hospital wing and scarring. I was too distraught to listen.
As we rushed up to the hospital wing, we attracted quite a bit of attention. Draco, supported by Snape, completely soaked in blood, shaking, and deathly pale; me, also covered in blood and water, sobbing as I followed the other two through the hallway; Snape, looking grim and furious as he rushed Draco up the stairs.
Ten minutes later, Draco was asleep in the hospital wing, Madam Pomfery having given him a sleeping potion to go along with various other foul-smelling antidotes. I was sitting beside him, holding his hand, when Pansy burst in.
“YOU!” she screamed at me. I stared at her in alarm.
“Me, what?!”
“YOU!” she repeated, running over to me. Draco had woken up due to her screaming.
“Okay…” I trailed off, cast one more startled and confused glance at Pansy, and turned back to Draco, brushing my hand across his cheek.
“DON’T TOUCH DRAKEY!” screeched Pansy, her voice unrecognizable.
There was a loud crack, and I felt excruciating pain as her curse hit my back. I screamed as I felt myself slipping into darkness…

oooh! omg, write more! Please i can;t stand it! I don't know if that worked but write more! I can't tame it!

Ahaha! I have to type up Chapter 19, but I probably won't right now because I'm sick and I have a horrible headache and I can't focus.

aw, i am sorry, i can't concentrate when i am sick either, poor nadine.

Bleh... Sorry, sick's not fun. But I loved the chapter! xD Yeah, Pansy just lost it right there at the end. LOL!

Lol! I really enjoyed writing that, really... So I had one more page to fill for Chapter 18 (Because I write in my notebook and I make sure every chapter takes up at least six pages in there) and I was like "Hm... what now? Draco's in the hospital wing, sleeping, Melody's there too, what else can I do?" and then I was like PANSY! In my notebook, it was alot longer, but I left out some stuff when I typed it cause it was sort of unecessary, and I was just lazy. xD In my notebook, Draco woke up when Pansy burst in, and she was like Drakey, does it hurt? And he said sarcastically, no, and she was like oh, that's good. And he was like you're such an idiot and she was all upset and then he told Pansy to get the hell out, and just give up because he was never going to go out with her, xD, and Pansy was all like DRAKEY THAT WAS MEAN!! And he was just like whatever, and then Melody just like turned her back on Pansy and started stroking Draco's cheek (I kept that in there) and Pansy was all like DONT TOUCH DRAKEY! and then yeah, then she cursed her. xD

yeah, you should really wrte more! please! *forms angry mob of choir geeks* "We will sing you to daeth!" if you don't write sooon! prepare to die by song.

Ahaaa, Lauren, the singing mobs live on! Too bad nobody saved the song. It always made me laugh. Hundreds of pages of Maddie butchering toes, everyone chanting, leaving angry mobs in the tags... good times. ^^

LOL! I remember that I wanted to tag somebody's story, might have even been yours, but I didn't feel the need to form a mob yet, so I put *angry mob to be formed later* And somebody else tagged *angry mob to be joined later* LOL!

xD Yeah! Someone had just started writing a Draco story or something... that might've been Maddie's story.

I remember doing that, but I don't remember who it was. xD And on TWG, you're all,"I wish I could send Miss Gnomie a PM in all caps, red and blue alternating letters, and using a . to separate a starred out word.
