OKAY so without further ado, not even putting the date, I AM STARTING THIS BLOG. I'm too excited for putting the date.

Block day: Day 1. (BEST day of the block days. All the fun classes I have with friends and Ricky are on Day 1. )
Okay so. English 1st period. Fun fun fun. But not with any of my friends so not exactly epic.

Then Math... so we're doing a quick review with ratios and finding the better price, and we were doing a word problem and Mrs.Ferris had a few up on the Smartboard with pictures to represent, and she was using a square to represent a box of Cherrios. It was so lame that Ali decided to teach her how to use Google Images to find a picture of an actual box of Cheerios. And it was hilarious because every time Ali said something, Jarod echoed her. So it was like,
"Right click."
"Right click."
*laughter*
"Copy."
"Copy."
*laughter*
"Go back to SmartNotebook."
"Back to Smart--"
"JAROD SHUT UP!"
*hilarious laughter* xD
And also in Math, xD, we were doing Clock Buddies for work in the textbook (Clock Buddies is when you have a sheet that looks like a clock and for each number on the clock you write someone's name, and then the teacher calls out a random time, for example, "2:00!" and then you'd go with the partner for 2.). So right when we started Mrs.Ferris was like "Do # 9 with your 9:00 partner. We're going out of order." And Merideth shouts out, "But what if we have OCD??!!! We can't go out of order!!" But we did. xD So we drove all the OCD people, including me, xD, crazy.

And then Lunch, which was fun cause me and Ricky went to Mrs.Reynolds for lunch.

And then SS. Epic fun. Me+Ricky+Jarod+Tatiana+Gretchen=Constant laughter. We had to think of analogies (cuz we were gonna compare the causes of World War I to other things) and we decided to suck up to Mr.Woolsey so this was ours: "Mr.Woolsey's kindness, compassion, understanding and knowledge is like a bottomless pool of gold." xD Jarod suggested a bottomless pool of grape Jell-o. xD
And then later in the class we had to read an article, answer some questions, and then write a couple of paragraphs summarizing it. Typically, Ricky and Gretchen just whizzed through it. They were starting their summaries and I was almost done with the questions, Tatiana was halfway through the questions, and Jarod hadn't started the questions becuase he got distracted. xD Then Jarod was distracting me with charades. xD Cause he thought he heard Tatiana say his name but he wasn't sure because of her accent (she's got a Spanish accent. Moved here in 6th grade.), and so he was like, "I heard my name!" and stared at Tatiana accusingly, and she's like "What? I didn't say your name!" and then he was like "Oh, I wasn't sure cause of..." and then he mouthed "accent" to me and Ricky, but I didn't get it, so Jarod was trying to act it out. He mimed using an axe, and then he held up a penny (get it, a penny is one cent, so axe-cent, accent) but I still didn't get the penny part. And finally he was like "OKAY. The thing you use to chop down a tree, and then THIS" - *holds up penny* - "is ONE ..." and then I was like OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. xD


And then Gym was pretty epic. Me and Katrina, since we did non-competitive basketball, just sat at the edge of the stage and whenever Ricky, Shannon or Gretchen went out of the game and kids subbed in for them, which was quite often, we would talk to them. And Jessica just wasn't playing, and there was some gum stuck to the floor, and the PULLED IT OFF THE FLOOR and tried to stick it on Billy's face, xD and then she tried to get us to smell it, and OMG it was just hilarious.

And then more Math...


AND THEN THE MOST EPICEST BESTEST PART OF THE DAY.

DRAMA CLUB.

GUESS WHAT.

???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So before, I was in ensamble, and ensamble in Into The Woods are TREES and the dancers are WOODLAND CREATURES. I did not want to be a tree. I was so upset. I knew I deserved a part.
And so as the ensamble was about to go into another room to do some group work (and the leads stay in the Auditorium for individual work) , Mrs.Compo pulls me aside and says, "Nadine, Cassie dropped out. Would you like to be the Cinderella's Stepmother?" and I was like "Yes!!!!!!!!" and so I went over to where the cast was and told Georgia and Ricky and everyone, and we were all like YAYAYAYAYYAY!!!!!!! and happydancing (well, me and Georgia were, xD) and it was just so epic. And so then we were rehearsing the opening song, and I have a solo in the opening song. My first verse is "You wish to go to the Festival?" and then Ricky (the Narrator) sings "The poor girl's mother had died" (talking about Cinderella) and then I sing "You, Cinderella, the Festival? The Festival? The King's Festival?" And when I sung it to Georgia (she's Cinderella) in my Evil Stepmother voice, Mrs.Rosini was like "AMAZING! Look at her! She's so beautiful but she's so evil too!" and I was just like



So overview: TODAY WAS COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY AMAZING AND EPIC.
