Monthly contests?

I was just on WI for no reason, and I noticed the contests section where they have site contests. I was thinking, we should have monthly contests. They would be contests such as poetry contests, short story contests, photography contests, graphics contests, etc. Anyone in? I think it would be really fun.

Okay guys. What sort of contests should we have? Oh, and we'll need a contest committee.. well at least one person besides me.

I actually have no idea what you'd use the Pencil Points for. Basically they're just points.. I guess we could use them for badges? If we ever end up doing that? Or whatever. They would be somehow beneficial to you.

Basically what the committee would do is judge contests (maybe we need a bunch of people for the committee so they could all judge a different contest. If you judge it you can't enter in it so, yah.) and come up with contest ideas.

Lol, otherwise it's oh so very pointless.

LOL, the only problem is, by the time we had a big enough committee (whoa, there are 3 double letters in that word...), we'd only have about 1 or 2 members for the contest...

How about, there's only one judge per contest, and whoever wins the contest replaces the judge for the next contest, so the judge may participate, and that way no one wins twice over?

That's what I was saying, guys. Like, let's say the four of us are on the committee. I judge one contest, Katie judges the other. Then next month Lauren and Maddie judge the contests, and so on. Whichever contest you aren't judging you can particiapte in.
