I know how. On my cpu, I have this pic on the bottom corner bar that looks like a keyboard. I press it, then press "Canadian Multilingual Standard" Then I press / and it results in that e. :3

Well for over two years now (literally) I've been trying to draw him..

And finally. I succeeded.
