In my science class, we're dissecting a frog tomorrow... (We cut it open today) Any tips or anything? It wasn't as bad as I thought, but still. Eye Roll

Oh my gosh, that was so much fun! Ahh, 7th grade would have been such an amazing year were it not for all the drama. It's so weird because I'm insanely squeamish and the thought of taking my pulse makes me nearly faint, but I absolutely loved the frog dissection. I was grossed out by cutting it open, oddly enough, but the rest of it was a ton of fun. Smiley

It really wasn't as bad as I thought... We had to break its jaw to open its mouth, and the cracking of the bones *shudders*.... I think that was the worst part. Razz

... I like that Mir shudders, then Eileen says "fun." xDD Let's see... I've never dissected a frog before, but I've done a cow heart, a cow eye, and some chicken bones... I've never really had a problem with it.

I've disected a squid. The ink pouch exploded, it was interesting.
