Well, I have almost fully suceeded in letting go. I was with Vera, (one of my eigth grade friends) and we were in the World Studies room, and Dominic was there. He was tying his shoe, and I only looked at him to register that he was there. I didn't even have to force myself not to. I could just focus on Vera and what we were talking about. Lauren, you would have been so proud! Lol, jk, so, yeah. Well, no we're sort of back on topic....

I hug Brandon in front of his friends. His friends or mine usually follow us when we walk to the buses together. Of course his friends tease and try to get him embarrassed but we just ignore them. Trust me. It's worth the two seconds of awkwardness or teasing.

OK, before I go on about how epic my one month was, I have to spazz out about your post:
OMG THAT IS SOOO FREAKING ADORABLE! AWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMGGG!!!!!!!! THAT'S SOOO CUTE! HE'S SO AMAZING! AWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alright, now that my spazz is over, be prepared for a pretty long story kind of thing:
My one month was totally amazing! All us Choir geeks had a special thing going on, because we had somebody "trying out as a candidate for next year's teacher" or as we call it "A STALKER", during third period, which would normally be PE, and as we're walking opposite directions, I just sort of hugged him and walked on. xD It was just one of those random hugs.
And then, after our Health class got let out early (as in, before the bell rang), I sort of did the super slow-mo walk in hopes that he would catch up. xDD (Hey, I was waiting for Jenna and Abi too. ((Or was I?))) And as he walks by, I gave him one of those "amazing" hugs where you just don't really let go. (It lasted for like... 8-9 seconds-ish)
I'm all, "Don't kill yourself or anything over spring break, okay?"
"No problem. Bye." Then he continued down to his locker. (on the ground floor. xP)
Then, Braden, who was right behind us the whole time (who also totally made me happy with this, and I don't know why), starts going, "Lauren! Laurence! Wait!" (Laurence was already down the stairs) "Lauren! Lauren!"
I turn around and look at him, totally smiling really big.
He does the eyebrow raise like, three times. xDD
I was like:
He sort of gapes and sarcastically, "Soo, , are you and Laurence being lovebirds and going out?"
I say, "Yeah." Grinning even bigger.
He totally spazzes out, "Seriously"
"Yep."
"YES!" Then he does this mad happy dance kind of thing, and ran off shouting and repeatedly doing the fist pump. xDD I was so pleased. xDD So yes, and amazing one-month, and the best hug ever, even if he couldn't very well hug me back because he had books in his arms.

I smiled the entire 45 minute bus ride home, because something just struck a couple days ago, and just sunk in while I was hugging him today: Nothing in the past 2 and 1/2 years has been a dream. It's all been real. It's been my life. And my life is amazing.

I finally figured out that I still hadn't had that "OMG, my life is perfect" moment, because I'm so used to everything that happens in my life to turn out to be something not-so-great, or just have been a dream after all, and I guess that for the past 2 and 1/2 years that I've been at this school, which have been the best of my life, I've just been waiting to wake up. And finally, I'm like, "No, it's not a dream. And I'm not going to wake up. I really am standing here, hugging somebody I love more than I can imagine. My life is amazing."

Yep, Eileen told me that last night. I was so happy. Haha, she said that, and I was like, "Exactly. If life gives you lemons, throw them back and demand Taylor Lautner. No, I'm kidding, but if life chucks lemons at your face, make what you can of them."
